Lesson payments are due on the first day of every month for all the scheduled lessons and classes in that month. A late fee of $20 will be added to payments not received by the seventh day of any month.

*When multiple family members are enrolled in classes at Charm City Music School, a $5 discount will be applied to the cost of one group class per family per week.
If we cancel a lesson, or a student cancels with at least 24 hours notice, then the payment for that lesson will be applied to the following month. Payments for lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be credited, no matter the reason for the cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for lessons in the event that a student cancels their remaining lessons in a month and does not opt to return the following month.
